Each order is carefully managed by our team and monitored at every stage, from confirmation to delivery.


Order Management

You don't need to create an account manually to purchase: when you place your first order, the system will automatically generate an account associated with your email address, which will store your orders, personal information, and shipping addresses. You can access your personal area at any time via the OTP you'll receive via email.

Orders are processed in Italy within 48 working hours of receipt, subject to item availability and payment.
Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.

Once an order for available products is confirmed, changes cannot be made. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
MISENITHE reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time.

Important note: For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the order total and will be requested by the courier according to local regulations.


Shipment Tracking

An estimated delivery date will be provided when you order.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can track its progress.

You can always track the status of your shipment from your personal area .


Reception and complaints

We encourage you to always check the integrity of your package upon delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered with, please accept it with reservations, notifying the courier.
Signing with reservations allows you to file a claim even in the event of non-visible damage. Without reservations, we will not be able to process reports or requests for reimbursement.


Failure to deliver

By placing an order, the customer establishes a commercial relationship with MISENITHE and undertakes to accept the delivery.
If delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the recipient (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, absence, failure to collect), the order will be returned to the sender.
In this case, shipping and return costs and, if applicable, any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
