Are your products Made in Italy?
Yes, all our garments are authentically Made in Italy. We carefully select raw materials from Italian suppliers and carry out each phase of production internally, from packaging to final details, guaranteeing excellence, quality and craftsmanship.

How can I wash your products?
Washing instructions are available both on the product page and on the information label inside the garment.
Orders and shipments
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the country. To see a list of countries we ship to and their shipping costs, please visit our Shipping page .
What are the shipping costs and times?
We ship within Italy within 24-48 hours via express courier and within 3-5 business days outside Italy. In Italy, we offer free shipping (including to a Poste Italiane pick-up point), while outside of Italy shipping costs start from EUR 12. Do I need an account to purchase on the site?
No, you don't need to create an account manually. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically generated and associated with your email address. Your orders, personal information, and shipping addresses are stored there. To log in, visit the Sign In section and enter your email address. You'll receive an OTP via email that you'll need to enter to access your personal area.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Once confirmed, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. We encourage you to carefully check the contents of your cart before proceeding to checkout. If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us through the Contact Us section of the website.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment via the courier's website or the link provided.
I am a non-EU customer, do your prices include customs duties?
No, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the courier according to the methods indicated.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return an order, as long as it is in its original condition. The products must reach us intact, not worn or stained, must be in the original packaging, complete with labels and any other possible parts that compose them.
What are the conditions for making a return?
Return period: the request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Product Condition: The product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.
Is the return free?
No, the return has a fixed cost of EUR 5 which will be deducted directly from the refunded amount. For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How can I make a return?
You can complete the return procedure independently directly through your personal account.
- Log in to your personal account.
- Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also request a partial return by selecting only some of the products in the order.
- Request a return: Select the option to request a return and follow the instructions provided.
- Receive your return shipping label: Once your return request is complete, we'll email you your return shipping label.
- Prepare your package and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
- Return it : Take the package to the collection point closest to you in your city.

Does the refund include shipping costs?
Yes, if you paid the shipping costs, the amount will be refunded in full in case of a total return. In case of a partial return, however, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
What are the refund times and methods?
We will refund you within 3-5 business days of receiving the return or canceling the order, using the same payment method. You will be notified by email. Times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
Can I exchange a product for another size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item, following our return instructions. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: credit card, PayPal (also in 3 installments), Klarna or Digital Wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
