Purchasing on MISENITHE is simple, safe, and flexible. That's why we've developed a clear and intuitive online return procedure.

The right of withdrawal is regulated by Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU.


Return online via your personal account

If you wish to return one or more items online, you can easily do so through your personal profile.

Here's how the procedure works:

  1. Log in to your personal account .
  2. Find your order: In the Orders section, locate the order for which you wish to request a return. You can also request a partial return by selecting only some of the products in the order.
  3. Request a return: Select the option to start the process and follow the guided instructions.
  4. Receive your return shipping label by email.
  5. Prepare the package and apply the label to the outside.
  6. You can schedule the pickup of your package directly at this link or return it at a DHL drop-off point by checking this page.

Once we receive your package, we allow 3–7 business days to verify its condition and approve your refund, which will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.


Timings and conditions

Return period : the request must be sent within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Product Condition : The product must be returned intact, unused, with original labels and packaging.

Costs : in Italy, the flat fee is EUR 5, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. For shipments to Europe and the rest of the world, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
*Note: The shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will be refunded in full, except in the case of a partial return. In this case, the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.


Changes

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, we invite you to place a new order and return the item you do not wish to keep, following the instructions on this page. If you have any questions or concerns, our Customer Service is always available.
